Every rental is verified with time-stamped photos from both sides. Owners clean and photograph before shipping. Renters photograph on arrival, clean before return, and photograph again before sending the gown back. Owners photograph one final time on receipt.
The deposit protects both sides. It's released to the renter once the owner confirms the dress has been returned clean and in original condition. If the gown is returned late, damaged, or uncleaned, the deposit (or part of it) is forfeited to the owner to cover cleaning, repair or loss of bookings.
